BallerIndex is recruiting qualified, experienced coaches — in the UK and worldwide — to review player sessions, validate measurements, and train the AI that will assess the next generation.
Our system measures movement. It does not know what good looks like — you do. Every BallerCard carries a verified coach’s validation, and every judgement you make becomes part of how the platform learns. This is coaching expertise turned into a global standard, and it starts with people who have earned the right to be listened to.
What you’ll do
- Review sessions remotely — watch drill footage, side by side with a reference run, on your own schedule
- Validate measurements — confirm what the system measured is what happened; flag what it missed
- Train the AI — make structured comparisons between attempts so the platform learns to see the game as you do
- Calibrate with peers — take part in anchored sessions where coaches from different countries assess the same clips, so the standard is one standard everywhere
- Sign your name — every card you validate carries your credentials. Your reputation is the product’s
Who we’re looking for
- A recognised coaching qualification: FA/UEFA C licence minimum; UEFA B, A or Pro preferred, or the equivalent from your national federation
- Current safeguarding clearance (DBS/PVG in the UK, or your national equivalent) — we will verify it, and we will re-verify it
- Experience developing players in an academy, school, grassroots or professional pathway
- An eye for movement quality and the discipline to judge what you see, not what you expect
- Reliability: the network works because coaches turn reviews around on time
