1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the BallerIndex platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

BallerIndex provides AI-powered biomechanical football movement analysis. Coaches upload reference drill videos. Players upload performance videos which are analysed by our AI engine to produce a BallerIndex band placement, a coach-verified read, and a written performance report.

Analysis results are for performance development purposes only and do not constitute professional sports or medical advice.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. You may not share accounts.
  • Only one active session is permitted per account at any time.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Coaches

  • Coaches are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of drill videos they upload.
  • Coaches must have the right to use any content they upload to the platform.
  • Coaches are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from players and parents where players are under 18.
  • Coach drill videos remain the intellectual property of the coach but a licence is granted to BallerIndex to use them for analysis processing.

5. Players

  • Players must only upload videos of themselves performing the specified drill.
  • Players must not submit fraudulent, manipulated, or misrepresentative footage.
  • Attempting to game or manipulate your BallerIndex result is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
  • Deleting results does not improve your verified career average — historical biomechanical data is retained.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly and renew automatically.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Pay-per-analysis purchases are non-refundable once the analysis has been processed.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The BallerIndex platform, BAPTEC scoring system, AI engine, and all associated technology are the intellectual property of BallerIndex.
  • Analysis videos processed through the platform may not be downloaded, redistributed, or used outside the platform without written permission.
  • BallerCards and PDF reports are licensed for personal use only.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • AI-generated analysis is for performance development guidance only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, BallerIndex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
