You’ve built the audience and the authority. BallerIndex gives them permanence: your drills, analysed by our AI, can become the standard players everywhere measure themselves against. Every attempt, every card, every report — carries your name.
As a founding creator, you get

We’re bringing on a small group of founding creators now — the names that will define the standard. If that’s you, let’s talk.
Set the BenchmarkYou don’t need to be a coach — just the skill and the audience. Open to creators worldwide.
Path 02 Coach
For Qualified Coaches
Train the AI. Set the standard.
This is coaching expertise, not content creation. A recognised coaching qualification and safeguarding clearance are required.
BallerIndex is recruiting qualified, experienced coaches — in the UK and worldwide — to train the AI that will assess the next generation. Our system measures movement. It does not know what good looks like — you do. Every judgement you make becomes part of how the platform learns.
The role
What you’ll do
- Review sessions remotely — drill footage beside a reference run, on your own schedule
- Check measurements — confirm what the system measured; flag what it missed, so the AI learns from it
- Train the AI — structured comparisons between attempts
- Calibrate with peers — coaches from different countries assess the same clips, so the standard is one standard everywhere
- Put your name to the standard — the benchmarks you help set carry your credentials
What you get
- Paid per completed review, with rates that respect your qualifications and your time
- A verified profile — your credentials credited on the standard you help set
- Early access to measurement data, tooling and the research behind it
- A seat in a global coaching community; founding members help set the network’s standards and are credited for it
Requirements & process
Who we’re looking for
- A recognised coaching qualification: FA/UEFA C licence minimum; UEFA B, A or Pro preferred, or your national federation’s equivalent
- Current safeguarding clearance (DBS/PVG in the UK, or your national equivalent) — we will verify it, and we will re-verify it
- Experience developing players in an academy, school, grassroots or professional pathway
- An eye for movement quality, and the reliability to turn reviews around on time
How it works
- Apply with your qualifications and coaching history
- We verify credentials and safeguarding status
- Complete a calibration set — a fixed series of clips every coach assesses, so we know how your eye compares with the network
- Start reviewing. Your first sessions are paired with a senior coach’s
