ONE BENCHMARK.
FOUR PERSPECTIVES.
Coach-trained AI. For every player.
For Players
THE MEASURED PATH
TO ELITE.
Own your data. Prove your level.
Every drill attempt within the BallerIndex protocol generates a structured read — the AI’s assessment of your execution, measured against predefined benchmarks that coaches trained it on. You can retake drills, and every result is dated and tied to the drill you performed.
Your BallerCard™ is your Technical Passport — a performance identity that travels with you. It displays your position, age group, footedness, current read, and earned band — each band dated to the drill session that earned it.
When the AI’s assessment shows where execution falls short of the benchmark, the system responds with targeted drill recommendations. Training becomes directed rather than generalised. To qualify for a Leaderboard, you must meet the drill’s benchmark with consistent execution across your attempts — one lucky rep will not put you there.
For Parents
REPLACING UNCERTAINTY
WITH CLARITY.
For parents, youth football development can feel opaque. A coach’s impression after training. A match performance on a cold Tuesday evening. An opinion formed over weeks, communicated in seconds. The picture is incomplete, and the uncertainty is real.
BallerIndex changes that. Parents receive structured Performance Reports that translate complex execution data into clear, accessible insight — outlining execution quality, consistency across attempts, and where your child sits against the drill’s benchmark. No technical jargon. No ambiguity. Just an honest, structured account of where your child is and what to work on next.
Private by default. Your child’s BallerCard™ and reports are visible to you and to their coach, and to no one else. BallerIndex is built around individual development, not public comparison: any group or leaderboard visibility is scoped to your child’s own club or academy and requires consent, and is never public. Footage is handled as set out in the privacy policy.
For Academies
YOUR METHODOLOGY.
DIGITIZED.
Private Mode
Your drill libraries, benchmark sessions, and performance data remain entirely internal. Leaderboards are scoped to your own academy, not published to the world.
Benchmark Sessions
Schedule benchmark sessions around your development calendar — each gives every player a dated band on a named drill, and the five bands work as internal designations you can align with your own promotion, selection, and readiness decisions.
For Scouts
THE SIGNAL
IN THE NOISE.
BallerIndex Scout View is designed to filter by position, age group, footedness, geographic radius, and band — built to return players who have met a drill’s benchmark on the record: not potential, not reputation, not a highlight reel.
It is designed to surface consistency across a player’s attempts on each benchmarked drill — how reliably they execute, not just how brilliantly they performed once — so scouts can arrive at trials with a clearer picture of the players most likely to meet the standard. Players appear to a scout only where the player’s club or academy has consented to share them.
